Powder day!!!

On Saturday after the week off, me and my family had a powder day in Fernie. The snow was up to my knees in some spots and from time to time up to my waist !! It was an amazing day! I spent the  morning with my family and the afternoon with my family and one of my friends. We got fresh tracks thought the whole day😀 On Sunday however we were to pooped to go skiing.

3 days with dad

The past three days I have been skiing with my dad and siblings. We've had many friends join us for the day. On Wednesday we found two runs that we got fresh tracks on!! The down side was hat Monday and Tuesday were FREEZING!!!!!!!!!

We also went swimming at the Fernie pool and watched a movie. All in all we had a great time!

Science Fun Fact

I could not think of any thing to write today so I decided to write about Science . We are studying astronomy in school. I do not like science in general but me and my class went to a sky lab ( witch is like a sky but in a fabric bubble ) and the guy that was there doing a presentation in the sky lab told us a really cool fact about planets and days of the week. He told us that the days of the week are named after the 7  things we can see in the sky throughout the year: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturne Sometimes it works better in French.

Sunday- Sun

Monday- Moon

Tuesday (Mardi-Mars)-Mars

Wednesday(Mercredi- Mercure)-Mercury

Thursday(Jeudi- Jupiter)-Jupiter

Friday(Vendredi-Venus)-Venus

Saturday- Saturne

  Sorry I stopped writing for quite a while, I have been so busy. For the winter break my family and I went to Palm springs witch was amazing, then it was school again and I am a helper in the grade 5 drama production so Tuesdays and Thursdays I help after school till 4:45, plus I am now playing the Bassoon in band not the french horn, and every weekend we have been going to Fernie to ski me and my mom also went to a Paul Brandt concert.   I would have written on Sunday or Saturday last week  because we did not go to Fernie but me, my sibling's and my dad took a road trip to Drumheller. While we were there we went to the royal tyrrell museum (a dinosaur museum with real dinosaur bones!!). It was pretty cool to look at the sculptures.
